The game is a simulation, not advice

Budget Battle is a work of fiction set in a model economy. Nothing in it is financial, investment, tax or policy advice, and no figure in the game is a forecast for any real country. Do not use it as the basis for a real financial decision.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit automated runs to the leaderboard or otherwise falsify a score.
• Attempt to gain access to systems, data or accounts that are not yours.
• Scrape the site at a volume that degrades it for other players.
• Republish substantial parts of the game or the articles without written permission.

Premium purchases

Premium is a one-off payment that unlocks additional scenarios and saved-run analytics on this device and account. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never receive your full card details.

Because premium content is delivered immediately and digitally, the payment is generally non-refundable once unlocked. If a purchase fails to deliver, contact us and we will fix it or refund it.

Intellectual property

The game, its source code, its visual design and its written content are owned by us and protected by copyright. You may share links, quotes and screenshots with attribution. You may not redistribute the game or use its brand as your own.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the site up but we do not promise uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
